• Does Simpull manufacture its products?

  We don’t operate any manufacturing facilities ourselves. We licence our patents to exisiting manufacturers around the world.

• What is the cost of a licence?

  Licensing Simpull products is based on your needs, whether a small or large order, you only pay for the quantity you need at a set price per item. Please send us an order from the relevant product page including the quantity you require, and we’ll send you the relevant licence fee and payment options.

• Is the licence exclusive?

  A Simpull product licence is non-exclusive and covers all protected areas.

• What regions are covered by the patent?

  Three main regions are covered by our patents - Europe, Indo-Pacific, and North America, but not all countries within these regions are covered. However, it’s important to remember that whilst our products outside the protected countries are not covered, they cannot legally enter into protected areas without the relevant licence.

• Can an order be updated after payment is processed?

  Please send us the details of the change and we will assess the request. If at a later date an increase to the quantity is required, it is likely better to make an additional new order.

• For how long is the quoted licence fee valid?

  The quoted licence fee is locked in for 30 days from the date of the quote.

• What are the payment options?

  Currently we only accept direct deposit into our specified bank account. Additional payment options will be available in the future.

• Do taxes apply?

  We don’t collect VAT, GST, Sales Tax or any other tax on our licence orders. Any applicable local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
